Purpose:
Embossing silvery hologram and be used to hot stamp on credit cards and garment hangtags and paper labels.
Description:
There is a release coating between PET and the recording coating with aluminum.
The PET foil will be separated with hologram. The hologram is bright and shiny after Hot Stamping.
Usually there are 2 kinds of hot stamping foils, one is silvery, the other is golden. We can also make almost any colors on client's demands.
Thickness:
15 micron / 20 micron / 25 micron
Width:
170mm or any customized width.
Length:
The length of one roll is about 1800 m if 20 micron, its weight is about 9KG.
Temperature:
Embossing about 105 degrees.
