The screw vacuum pump is composed of two screws, one right hand thread and the other left hand thread. Two closely combined screws rotate towards the compression chamber without friction and are synchronized via a precision gear. The compression chamber and the specially shaped screw form a compression chamber. As the two screws run in the opposite direction, the chamber connected to the suction point is enlarged, and the gas is sent to the compression chamber. The chamber moves axially from the suction side to the pressure side. During conveying, a large amount of gas in the chamber is increased due to the increase of flow rate. The chamber on the pressure side moves axially along the cavity wall, and the volume gradually decreases until the pressure channel is opened on the front surface of the screw, and the pre compressed gas is discharged through the pressure connection point.

The cavity is filled with vacuum pump oil, which plays the role of lubrication, sealing and cooling. After three-stage oil and gas separation, the oil and gas mixture discharged from the chamber is discharged into the atmosphere. The lubricating oil is cooled by the air cooler and then re injected into the vacuum pump chamber for recycling.
